Choose the relationship that fits the work.
Put Grey Mirror's full range of capabilities behind your priorities. An embedded team gives you continuing execution capacity as the work evolves. A defined project brings the same coordinated approach to an outcome with a clear finish line.
Embedded execution
Gain a team that learns your organization, connects work across disciplines, and carries it forward as priorities change. Research, strategy, creative work, development, and ongoing operations draw on the same working knowledge.
Every tier gives you the full breadth of capabilities and the same standard of work. Choose how much you want to move forward at once.

What is a workstream?
A workstream is a substantial, agreed objective, such as a launch, an internal system, or a campaign. It brings together the capabilities that objective requires.
In a launch, research, positioning, a website, communications, and inquiry handling all serve the same objective. That connected work forms one workstream.
You are reserving the capacity to carry that objective forward across the disciplines it requires. We agree the scope, milestones, and delivery plan around complexity and dependencies, and keep priorities visible as needs change.

Defined projects
Bring a defined initiative from the first decisions through completed delivery. We bring the required capabilities together for a website, internal tool, research and planning assignment, or broader launch.
We scope and quote the work individually, with deliverables, timing, responsibilities, and terms in your proposal.

Make each investment build on the last.
Your team knows the organization. The systems and working relationships are in place. New work builds on earlier decisions, with less repeated setup and briefing and greater predictability for delivery planning.
Comparable standalone work will often cost more than work within an ongoing engagement because it requires separate discovery, setup, and delivery planning. The total cost still depends on the work required and the duration of the relationship.

The terms that matter

Practical questions
How do I choose between an embedded engagement and a project?
Choose an embedded engagement for evolving priorities and continuing execution. Choose a defined project for an agreed outcome and finish line. We will work through the choice with you.
Do higher tiers unlock different services?
No. All monthly tiers have access to the same range of capabilities and standard of work. Pricing determines reserved capacity, including the number of major workstreams that can run in parallel.
What if I need several kinds of work?
We bring the capabilities together around your objective. Research, creative work, software, data, and operations draw on the same team and delivery plan. We agree the capacity to move the work forward.
Can the priorities change during a monthly engagement?
Yes. Priorities and plans are agreed with you and adjusted as needs change, within the engagement's reserved capacity. Complexity, dependencies, and work already in progress inform the plan.
Are software subscriptions and specialist costs included?
Your proposal sets out the included costs and any additional charges for third-party services, licenses, and separately scoped specialist work.
Do I need to know which tier I want before contacting you?
No. Bring us the objective and the work you want to move forward. We will help you choose the capacity and relationship to support it.
