Built to become more capable.
Grey Mirror is an implementation-led execution firm. We identify what stands between an organization and its objectives, determine what needs to be built, and carry the work from diagnosis through delivery.
Our breadth comes from a system for turning expert human judgment into repeatable execution. With each addition to that operating knowledge, the firm becomes capable of taking on more.

A working relationship that began at 19
Jake Proffitt and Ethan Furgione began working together on Auguster Event Trading. Jake developed quantitative trading systems; Ethan helped operate the private member community.
Auguster grew to hundreds of active traders. Its systems and research generated eight figures in documented gains across members, bringing quantitative development and the operation of a substantial trading community into the same venture.
Jake and Ethan co-founded Grey Mirror at 20 and began developing Eumenon. In under two years, they grew Grey Mirror into an independently valued multimillion-dollar company.

From digital work to the systems around it
Grey Mirror began with websites, search, communications, reputation management, and digital infrastructure. That work gave the founders a broad view of how organizations grow, communicate, operate, and make decisions.
As the firm expanded into systems engineering, automation, AI, and custom software, that perspective became a broader execution capability. Today, one team connects research, strategy, brand, marketing, digital products, data, operations, and continuing delivery.
Grey Mirror builds websites, reporting systems, automated workflows, communications platforms, custom software, and entire internal operating systems. We determine what the objective requires and carry it through implementation.

Turn expert judgment into a growing capability.
When an objective requires additional expertise, Grey Mirror brings in the right professional and works with them to understand the methods behind their judgment. We incorporate those methods into the engagement and turn them into workflows the broader team can execute.
Specialist knowledge becomes part of the firm's operating capability. People, software, and automation put it to work, and the resulting workflow gives the team more to draw on for the next engagement.
That model lets Grey Mirror coordinate work that would otherwise be spread across agencies, consultants, developers, and specialists. Your organization gains a team that connects the expertise and carries the work through implementation.

Grey Mirror and Eumenon
Eumenon is a separate autonomy engineering company founded by Jake and Ethan. It captures expert workflows and turns them into systems that let businesses operate with less dependence on their owners.
The technical work behind Eumenon expanded the systems discipline the founders brought to Grey Mirror. Eumenon applies that discipline to business autonomy. Grey Mirror applies it to solving client problems through expert judgment, workflows, automation, software, and implementation. The companies are distinct and connected through their founders.
